Greetings from the Trailer Park..
Apologies for the delay in getting the mixes up, our main internet geezer has been very busy since the Beat Herder - so has only just got around to sorting everything out. We'd like to thank everyone who helped make it such a brilliant weekend, DJS, Bands, Bar Staff, Sound & Lighting Crew, Scaffolding guys, Drivers, Diggers and Ropemonkeys - you are festival warriors of the first order and we love you all X
For some of our crew it's more than a fortnight on site, so we'd like to express our appreciation for the hard work that is put into the festival and our thanks also goes out to the crews who make all the music stages so special. Finally we'd like to thank the intrepid punters who braved the mud and partied in style. Who says British summertime is crap eh?
Here is the first of the live mixes from the Beat Herder 2012. Recorded in the Trailer Trash lounge on the Friday night / Saturday morning, we have James Deane's DJ set available for streaming or downloading. It features a wide array of styles and showcases his ability to produce a diverse and coherent set. Hope you enjoy it. The link is HERE.
Here is the second of our Beat Herder 2012 mixes. This one features Martin Deane's blistering mix, showcasing a variety of house-based musical styles. Seamlessly formulated for your listening pleasure on a pair of CDjs, We think you'll agree that Martin is a dab hand at jockying and herding together the finest house flavours this side of Beat-Herdershire. The link is HERE.
Pilooski was our Saturday night headliner this year, and he really delivered with a brilliant selection of house, techno and mid-tempo funk. You can download or stream his excellent set HERE
Look out for more mixes coming soon.
